Partner Commission Policies & Guidelines

1. Becoming an equipment partner for Hiwassee Products

   1. Fill in the Partner Commission Application Form.

   2. Create an account with Hiwassee Products: Login/Register.

   3. A sales representative will contact you with a list of active codes and other information once your application has been approved.

2. As a partner, you will receive

   1. One or more discount codes. These codes will provide our customers with a specified discount on the purchase of eligible equipment and supplies from Hiwassee Products.

   2. A specified commission for purchases made using your code.

   3. Access to a variety of product images and other promotional content. Additional information, such as the list of eligible equipment and supplies, is available upon request.

3. Placing orders for equipment

   1. A customer needs to use an applicable code at the time they place an order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is invoiced.

   2. Only one commission-based code may be used per order.

   3. Commissions and discounts will be applied to the invoiced sub-total price of eligible equipment and supplies, net of other discounts and excluding shipping and tax.

4. General policies and guidelines

   1. We reserve the right to cancel any codes, change the list of eligible equipment and supplies, or terminate the program without notice for any reason. We will, however, pay all commissions earned prior to any such change in the program.

   2. You are not expected to market for Hiwassee Products beyond the scope of your own business. However, we are open for collaboration and interested in exploring mutually beneficial opportunities, such as field days, research projects, and content creation.

   3. Hiwassee Products will continue to expand and evolve, and these policies may change over time. We will attempt to communicate any policy changes or other issues that arise that would affect the relationship as stated herein.
