Dealer Policies & Guidelines

1. Becoming an equipment dealer for Hiwassee Products

   1. Fill in the Dealer Application Form.

   2. Create an account with Hiwassee Products: Login/Register.

   3. A sales representative will contact you and apply customized dealer pricing to your account once your application has been approved.

2. Dealer Incentive Program

   1. Dealers have the opportunity to earn greater discounts based on their annual sales volume with Hiwassee Products. As your sales grow, so do your discounts. More information will be provided during dealer onboarding

3. As an equipment dealer, you will receive

   1. Discounted dealer pricing on equipment orders, applied to your account once your application has been approved.

   2. Payment terms and credit.

   3. Content and brand assets to use for co-branded marketing materials.

   4. Virtual or in-person product training on Hiwassee compost extractors.

   5. Access to product images, operating manuals, brochures, guides, and other documentation via your dealer account.

   6. Priority lead distribution consideration for dealers demonstrating local market activity. Customer inquiries may be distributed to authorized dealers based on location, dealer class, product expertise, and ability to support the customer. Active dealers who demonstrate local engagement are prioritized in lead distribution.

4. Placing orders for equipment

   1. Please use our website to submit your orders on your account, unless a separate arrangement has been made.

   2. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order, unless a separate arrangement has been made.

   3. Any promo codes created by Hiwassee, except for commission-based codes, will be honored at checkout. They may be added to any order and will discount the order beyond existing dealer pricing.

   4. Hiwassee Products can accept payment by credit card, check, ACH, or wire transfer.

5. Store Locator

   1. Dealers must provide accurate business information, including company name, location, contact details, and a valid webpage that represents Hiwassee Products' equipment. This information is used to list your business in the dealer store locator.

6. General policies and guidelines

   1. This is a non-binding policy statement, not a formal contract. Our standard Terms and Conditions apply to each transaction in isolation. Either side may terminate the relationship at any time.

   2. Hiwassee Products will extend customer support and service towards our direct customer, the dealer. Please assume responsibility for product support towards your clients.

   3. Hiwassee Products does not grant territorial exclusivity to dealers at this time.

   4. You are not expected to market for Hiwassee Products beyond the scope of your own business. However, we are open for collaboration and interested in exploring mutually beneficial opportunities, such as field days, research projects, and content creation.

   5. Hiwassee Products will continue to expand and evolve, and these policies may change over time. We will attempt to communicate any policy changes or other issues that would affect the dealer relationship as stated herein.
