X250 Compost Extractor

The X250 builds on the same core extraction mechanism as the X100 and X150 (water-jet rinse, stepped auger, interchangeable cylindrical sieve), with the addition of a motorized drive system and integrated booster pump. The booster pump includes an adjustable pressure regulator, allowing operators to dial in the extraction pressure for their specific compost type and desired microbial yield.

Extract discharge is via a 2" male camlock on all configurations. A 120V transfer pump is available with stand and cart options, drawing from an integrated float switch; the pump runs automatically as the catch basin fills and shuts off when empty.

OPEN TOOLS

• If the transfer pump was not purchased, a 4 ft length of 2" hose with female camlock is supplied with the extractor for discharge into a receptacle positioned by the catch basin discharge.

• The electrical box on the extractor includes a plug to power a 120v transfer pump.
• The extract transfer pump is available with the stand and cart options. It allows for easy transfer of extract into a large holding tank or sprayer.
• It is a standalone pump with an internal float switch that triggers the pump to run automatically when filled with liquid.
• Transfer pump can be purchased as an after-sale upgrade.

Cleaning spray hose

• Optional on all models and is available separately.
